Shipping:
♥ Orders consisting of only IN-STOCK items will be shipped out within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of receipt of payment. Total estimated delivery time after the order is dispatched with Standard Shipping method is 3-6 business days for USA, 4-8 business days for Canada, and 5-15 business days for all other countries. We can assure orders will be dispatched in 1-2 business days after placement, but please allow possible delays in transit due to inclement weather, etc.
♥ For COMBINED ORDERS (Pre-Order with In-Stock items), all items will ship along with the Pre-order items. Please place separate orders if you would like your In-Stock items to ship immediately.
Exchange/Returns:
All opened/used items are FINAL SALE. Returns are accepted on unopened items in original sealed packaging and unused condition within 7 days of receipt.
Refund & replacement are available only if the lens has a clear manufacturing defect.
Please examine thoroughly before opening the package.
You can examine the condition of the lens through the clear blister packaging.
The definitions of manufacturing defects are as follows:
- The lens is torn or broken in the SEALED package before opening.
- The lens is in odd shape in the SEALED package before opening.
- Each lens has a different color tone (not inside out).
♥ Items pass quality assurance and are normally free from factory defects, but for the very rare batch occurrence, please inspect items received for defects as per the guide above before opening and alert us within 7 days of receipt. Lenses in particular are very delicate and should be handled with care to prevent tearing or other damage to them. We will not accept a return/exchange if the item has already been opened and after the 7-day time period.
♥ Shipping & processing charges cannot be refunded. Returns made with prepaid return label will have $5 deducted from the total refund.
Request to change shipping address:
For in stock items, we ship your orders out very quickly, so we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Please verify your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to change your shipping address, although we cannot guarantee it will be honored, please notify us within 1 hour after placing your order and make your request by replying to your order confirmation email or using our contact form.
Package left unclaimed or Invalid shipping address:
If your package returns to us with the reason of:
• Addressee not found • Package left unclaimed • Invalid shipping address
We will automatically cancel and reimburse your order minus the shipping & processing charge upon receiving the return package.
Package refused or returned to sender (customer-initiated):
We will refund the charge for the items minus the original shipping & processing charge upon receiving the return package. If there are additional charges associated with refusing and returning the package (i.e. using UPS package intercept/return service), these will also be deducted from the final refund.
