Shipping & Returns


♥ Orders consisting of only IN-STOCK PLANO (NON-PRESCRIPTION) lenses and all other items that are not contact lenses will be shipped out via USPS within 24-48 hours (business days) of receipt of payment. Total delivery time after the order is dispatched with Standard Shipping method is 4-6 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) for USA, 4-8 business days for Canada, and 6-10 business days for all other countries.

♥ For COMBINED ORDERS (Prescription/Pre-Order with Plano/In-Stock items), all items will ship along with the Prescription/Pre-order lenses. Please place separate orders if you would like your In-Stock items to ship immediately.

♥ For PRESCRIPTION or PRE-ORDER (including out-of-stock PLANO) lens orders, unless Expedited Shipping method is used, please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery after placing your order. We try our best to get your order delivered within this time frame, and most orders are delivered within the 3 week period, however unforseen delays are possible due to inclement weather, postal delays, etc.  Expedited Shipping is offered during checkout for your prescription lens order if it needs to be fulfilled sooner.


Out of Stock:

In the event that your order is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail within 1-2 business days. You can then choose to cancel your order, or choose another item.



Due to hygiene reasons, all contact lenses are final sale. We will only accept an item for exchange if the incorrect item is received (bottles are labeled on top with the model number and prescription), or if found to have a visible defect in an unopened bottle.

♥ We will not accept an return/exchange if the item has already been opened. Lenses come in a clear glass vial and you can inspect the lenses for defects before opening the bottle.

Lenses with manufacturer's defect (unopened bottles) may be exchanged, but you must alert us immediately, and the item must be mailed back to us within 10 business days after your receipt of it. An exchange for the same item may then be issued upon our receipt of the defective item.

♥ We will not accept an exchange if the lenses were torn or scratched while trying them on -- soft contact lenses are delicate and should be handled with care.


Cancellation of Pre-order / Prescription Lenses:

Preorder/prescription lenses take 3-6 weeks for processing and delivery if Standard Shipping method is selected. Since preorder lenses are specially ordered, we cannot resell them in order to keep stock fresh. Therefore once an order has begun processing, cancellations are generally not allowed. If the order has not yet shipped, cancellation requests may be honored for a refund minus a 40% restocking fee.


Request to change shipping address:

For in stock items, we ship your orders out very quickly, so we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Please verify your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to change your shipping address, although we cannot guarantee it will be honored, please notify us as soon as possible and make your request by using our contact form.


Package left unclaimed or Invalid shipping address:

If your package returns to us with the reason of:
• Addressee not found • Package left unclaimed • Invalid shipping address

We will automatically cancel and reimburse your order minus the shipping & processing charge upon receiving the return package.

If the order includes specially ordered prescription/preorder lenses, we will refund minus the S&H and a 40% restocking fee, unless you alert us before the package reaches us that you would still like to receive your items. If you are able to alert us, we will charge a reshipping fee before sending it out again.
